More on the Torchlight March in Rome

Here

An excerpt:

The capital took to the streets for Israel amid a sea of Israeli, American and peace flags, and one Iranian flag in the place of honour on the platform. All flew together. One of the first to arrive in Via Nomentana was the secretary of the Italian section of the World Muslim League, Mario Scajola, who was there, he explained, on a strictly personal basis. One placard bore the legend “Muslims of Italy” with a Star of David, the symbol of the Jewish state, on one side and a crescent moon on the other.
