Great appointments at the Italian Constitutional Court

The Italian Constitutional Court, Corte Constituzionale, has just appointed two eminent jurists, Prof Sabino Cassese, and Avv. Giuseppe Tesauro.
Cassese is probably the most influential public law professor in Italy, and he's also world wide known for his interest in comparative public law. Tesauro is a former Advocate General at the ECJ, and a former president of the Anti-Trust Agency.

Good news for the court, these two are high quality appointments. Good news for Italy, the constitution will be protected egregiously.
