Meeting of Head of States under UK Presidency of Europe

On 27 October 2005, Surrey, the European heads of States will meet to discuss the 'state of the Union' under the UK presidency. Blair's ambitious program to relaunch political integration has been somehow played down by the ambiguous result of german elections.
