The Great Debate on the European Constitution
The 25 European member states are engaging in the preliminary debates on the European Constitution. Some countries have already ratified the text (Hungary, Lituania and Slovenia). Some others will do it very soon (Italy). But there are also countries that will face dramatic choices, such as the United Kingdom.
